  1. Alexis Flores

Flores is wanted for his involvement of the kidnapping and brutal murder of a 5 year old girl. The girl was reported missing in July of 2000 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was found in an apartment in August of 2000 strangled to death. Flores is wanted for kidnapping, murder and taking a flight to avoid prosecution. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

2. Glen Stewart Godwin

Godwin is wanted out of Folsom, California for a 1987 prison break. Godwin was serving a long sentence for murder when he escaped. He was arrested in 1987 for drug trafficking in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He was later convicted and served time in a Guadalajara prison. In 1991, Goodwin murdered his cellmate and escaped from prison 5 months later. He hasn’t been caught sense. He was wanted for murder, escape and unlawful flight to avoid confinement. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

3. Jason Derek Brown

In November 2004 in Phoenix, Arizona, Brown allegedly robbed and killed a guard of a armored truck. He is said to be in possession of multiple guns used in the robbery murder. He also got away with the cash that was on the truck. He is wanted for robbery, murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. There is a reward for $100,000 for any information leading to his arrest.

4. Fidel Urbina

Urbina is wanted out of Chicago, Illinois for the brutal rape and murder of two women. In March of 1998 a woman was found brutally beaten and raped. Urbina was arrested soon after for the crime and eventually bailed out while waiting for his trial to start. While he was out on bail in October of 1998, he raped and killed another woman and her body was found in a burned abandoned vehicle. A manhunt ensued and authorities were unable to locate Urbina. Urbina is wanted for two counts of murder, Two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of forcible rape, unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and failure to appear. There is a $100,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest.

5. William Bradford Bishop Jr.

Bishop is wanted for the alleged murder of his wife, mother and 3 children. In March of 1976, Bishop murdered his family in Bethesda, Maryland by bludgeoning them to death. He then allegedly drove their bodies to Columbia North Carolina were he burry them in a shallow grave and set them on fire. Bishop is considered to be rather intelligent earning two degrees; one from Yale University and another from Middlebury College in Vermont. Bishop is wanted for murder with a blunt object and taking a flight to avoid prosecution. There is a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

6. Robert Williams Fisher

Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children in April of 2001 in Scottsdale Arizona. Allegedly, he murdered his entire family and then blew up the family home to conceal the evidence. Authorities believe that he is an avid outdoorsmen and could survive in the wilderness. He is said to be in possession of multiple weapons including high power rifles.  Fisher is wanted for three counts of murder, unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and arson of an occupied building. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

7. Eduardo Ravelo

Ravelo began committing a variety of crimes in Texas in 2008. His crimes include, but are not limited to racketeering, conspiracy to lauder monetary instruments, conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine and marijuana with the intent to sell. Ravelo is known to be a captain within the Barrio Azteca criminal enterprise and is responsible for allegedly ordering Barrio Azteca members residing in Juarez, Mexico. The Barrio Azteca members are allegedly not only responsible for a heavy drug traffic ring, but also act as hitmen for the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes Drug Trafficking Organization. They are allegedly responsible for many murders at the hands of Ravelo. Ravelo is wanted for a LOT of vicious crimes. There is a reward for $100,000 for any information leading to his arrest.

8. Victor Manual Gerena

In 1983 a security company was robbed at gun point for $7 million. Gerena is said to have taken two security employees hostage at gun point, handcuffed and bound them and then injected them with a substance to disable them. He made his get away with $7 million and has been sought after ever since. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

9. Semion Mogilevich

Between 1993 and 1998 Mogilevich allegedly defrauded thousands of investors out of $150 million dollars. The stock company was incorporated in Canada, but the headquarted in Newton, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The scheme collapsed in 1998 and Mogilevich was indicted in April of 2003. His primary residence is in Moscow and he may have changed his appearance by growing out his facial hair. He has been know to use a Russian, Israeli, Ukrainian and a Greek passport. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

10. Jose Manuel Garcia Guevara

In 2008 in Lake Charles, Louisiana a 26 year old woman was murdered in the presence of her 4 year old stepson. Details suggest that she was brutally raped and stabbed to death in her home. Guevara lived in the same mobile home park as the victim and allegedly broke into her home and raped and stabbed her to death. Guevara has not been located since the murder and rape and is the prime suspect at this time. There isn’t a set reward yet, but authorities are encouraging anyone with information of his whereabouts to come forward.
